The FW26 product strategy builds on Orciani’s sales and material analysis from FW24–25. Carry-over icons like Sveva remain the commercial anchor, while new lines introduce subtle innovation through structure, tactility and storytelling.


The new merchandising strategy redefines Orciani’s assortment around three key pillars Riva, Onda and Sveva Cargo.

The focus is on price architecture, visual hierarchy and storytelling across categories to strengthen brand identity and in-store clarity.

Merchandising Priorities

Priorities were defined through comparative sell-in data, identifying the silhouettes and price clusters driving brand desirability.

Signature Orciani icons, reimagined with modular detail and multi-pocket elegance. Sveva Cargo weaves function into the fabric of quiet Italian luxury.

New Lines

Each line was positioned to balance emotional appeal with commercial scalability.

Riva

Quiet volume in motion.

A soft architectural hobo that drapes effortlessly, finished with a subtle sculptural buckle. Understated, tactile, timeless.

The FW26 palette builds on winter neutrals contrasted with tactile highlights — forest green, burgundy, and soft taupe.

Material direction combines nappa, suede, and pony hair to emphasize quiet texture over overt branding.
